Project for a visual communication course where students were asked to develop a system of packages for a beverage company. I chose to design three bottles for a fictional company, Dal Riata, which consisted of a blood orange lager, raspberry ale, and a chocolate stout. Each drink had a different label depicting a creature from Scottish mythology: a wulver, a selkie, and a kelpie. The title of the company, Dal Riata, referred to the ancient Gaelic Kingdom which encompassed Scotland in the 6th and 7th centuries.
